About the role
On-site freight sales role in RS Group's new flagship sales office in Chamblee, GA, as part of a Sales Executive class starting January 4, 2027. Reps prospect new shippers through high-volume outbound calling, negotiate and close truckload, LTL, drayage and other logistics business, and grow their own book of business.
What you'll do
- Prospect and develop new shipping customers through high-volume outbound calling
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers
- Identify and manage truckload (FTL), LTL, drayage, and other logistics opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and close new business
- Grow and manage your own book of business
What they're looking for
- 1-4 years of sales experience (outbound, inside sales, business development, or similar)
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection
- Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
- Able to work on-site in Chamblee, GA, and live within reasonable commuting distance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
